3 Story 20,000 square foot new building on Touro’s United Campus that houses their Law School. The building will have a structural steel frame, steel deck with concrete floors, the facade will be a combination of brick, hardie and prefinished metal wall panels, curtainwall and fixed windows. 4 package rooftop mechanical units will provide heating and cooling via a VAV air distribution system. Utilities will be brought from the adjacent street, there will be a storm water system that supplements the existing, new parking, site lighting and landscaping. Anticipated completion is Fall 2022.
