3-Story, 100,000 square foot medical teaching college with a full service kitchen will be built on a 5+ acre corner site with utilities coming from the two adjacent streets . The building will have a structural steel frame with moment frames, steel deck with concrete floors, the facade will be clad with brick, aluminum panels, curtainwall and fixed windows. A high voltage electric service will be stepped down to 460 volts to a transformer supplied by the utility company, the mechanical system is based on rooftop air-handlers and chillers serving a VAV system, the heating system will include boilers with a glycol system feeding runtal finned tubes. The site will have storm retention basins along with a storm water system, site lighting, parking and be fully landscaped. Anticipated completion is Spring 2023.
