In the Glenville section of Greenwich, CT, two distinctly different buildings were converted into high-end rental apartments. One building was built as a Textile Mill in 1881, later converted to offices, the other, as an office building in 1981. The buildings are complete with all the necessary amenities and overlook the Byram River with a very prominent waterfall.
